“THESSALYA” 2021 – 2027 “Strengthening extroversion of enterprises through promotion and networking actions”

TARGET

Promotion of the extroversion of businesses in the Region of Thessaly through their participation in trade fairs organized in Greece, the EU as well as in third countries

 

ELIGIBILITY OF BUSINESSES

Existing Small and Very Small businesses
Have at least two (2) full closed management years
To be substantially active (Main Activity Code or Activity Code with the highest revenue) in one (1) eligible activity CA
Have the eligible investment credit card(s).
To already produce/process the products to be exhibited.
Have eligible KADs that relate to products/services they wish to promote through their participation in exhibitions

 

BUDGET

The Public Expenditure of the Invitation is €2,000,000
The subsidized budget of each Plan can reach up to €90,000 with the subsidy amounting to 50%.

 

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES

Grants for participation in exhibitions and include booth rent, cost of participation and registration in the catalog, up to 7,500 Euro, booth design, up to 2,500 Euro, booth equipment (furniture, flooring, lighting, audio-visual media, up to 12,500 Euro, travel, accommodation, food expenses , up to 5,000 Euros, communication services at the stand, up to 12,500 Euros, management and monitoring of project implementation, up to 500 Euros.
Stand management, including goods transport and insurance services, up to 4,500 Euros.
The total requested expenditure does not exceed 45,000 Euros for participation in one exhibition, or 90,000 Euros for more than one exhibition.

Duration of Implementation: 12 months

The investment proposals will be submitted electronically in the period from 02.07.2024 to 16.09.2024
